# Track scheduling tools (ScheduleOnce, Acuity)

> Capture lead source from booking and scheduling forms.

Booking tools usually render their forms in an iframe, so they need the tracking script in their own conversion-tracking settings to pass attribution through.

## ScheduleOnce (OnceHub)

1. Add the iTracker360 snippet to the page hosting your booking widget.
2. In ScheduleOnce, add a hidden field for the lead source on your booking form (a plan that supports custom fields is required).
3. Test with a campaign URL and confirm the booking carries the source through to your CRM.

## Acuity Scheduling

1. Add the iTracker360 snippet to the page.
2. In Acuity's integrations settings, use the **custom conversion tracking** field to add your tracking script so Acuity passes data to the page that hosts it.

> Always use your own account's tracking code from **Tracking → Status & install** — don't copy a sample snippet.

In both cases, iTracker360 detects the new lead from the booking and syncs the tracking data to your CRM.
