# Track Thrive Leads forms

> Attribute leads captured through Thrive Leads opt-in forms.

Thrive Leads forms can be tracked as long as the iTracker360 snippet runs on the page where the form appears.

## Setup

1. Make sure the iTracker360 snippet is on the page (site-wide is easiest).
2. Connect your Thrive Leads form to your CRM as you normally would, so submissions create or update a contact.

When a visitor opts in, iTracker360 detects the new lead and syncs the captured marketing source to your CRM. If a form is embedded in an iframe, follow the [snippet placement guidance](/getting-started/where-to-place-the-snippet).
