# Setup stuck on “listening for the snippet”

> What to do when onboarding can’t detect your installed snippet.

During setup, iTracker360 waits to receive a visit from a page running your snippet. If it's stuck on this step, it simply hasn't seen a page view yet.

## Fixes

1. **Load a page that has the snippet** in a normal browser — opening an incognito window and visiting your site is the quickest way to send a fresh page view.
2. **Confirm the snippet is actually on the page.** View the page source and look for your iTracker360 script tag.
3. **Clear caching.** If your site or CDN serves a cached version without the snippet, clear the cache so the updated page is delivered.

Once a real page view comes through, this step completes automatically.
