Which Keap editions are supported

iTracker360 works with Keap, but what you can track depends on where your forms live.

Keap Max Classic

Fully supported. Max Classic lets you place tracking code on hosted forms and integrate third-party tools, so attribution can be captured everywhere.

Keap Pro and Keap Max

Pro and Max share the same contact database as Classic, so syncing attribution onto contacts works. The limitation is Keap-hosted web forms in Pro/Max: you can't add tracking code to them, so those specific forms can't be tracked on their own.

Workaround

Use a third-party form or landing page that you can add the snippet to — for example a dedicated landing-page builder or form tool — and let it create the contact in Keap. iTracker360 then captures the source and syncs it.
