Where to place the snippet (iframes & embeds)
Make sure the snippet runs on every page and inside embedded forms.
For iTracker360 to capture a visit and attach attribution to a lead, the snippet has to run on the page where the visitor actually is — including inside embedded forms.
The general rule
Place the snippet on every page of your site. If a form is embedded in an iframe, the snippet usually needs to run inside the iframe too, not just on the parent page. A snippet on the parent page can't see what happens inside a sandboxed iframe.
Common cases
- Popups and embedded form widgets. If the form opens in its own iframe, make sure the snippet is included within that form's settings or page.
- Landing-page builders. Add the snippet to the page; if the builder renders forms in iframes, add it there as well.
- Booking and scheduling tools. Several scheduling tools let you paste a tracking script into their own conversion-tracking settings — use that field so the data reaches iTracker360.
If a lead submits a form but no attribution shows up, an iframe missing the snippet is the most common cause.
