Setup stuck on “listening for the snippet”

During setup, iTracker360 waits to receive a visit from a page running your snippet. If it's stuck on this step, it simply hasn't seen a page view yet.

Fixes

1. Load a page that has the snippet in a normal browser — opening an incognito window and visiting your site is the quickest way to send a fresh page view.
2. Confirm the snippet is actually on the page. View the page source and look for your iTracker360 script tag.
3. Clear caching. If your site or CDN serves a cached version without the snippet, clear the cache so the updated page is delivered.

Once a real page view comes through, this step completes automatically.
