Lead Source Organizer (Keap)

The Lead Source Organizer helps you turn a long, messy list of Keap lead sources into a clean, categorized set you can actually report on. It's available for Keap accounts.

What it does

• Groups lead sources into categories you define.
• Lets you bulk-assign categories and bulk-remove sources you no longer need.
• Surfaces unorganized sources so nothing slips through.

Organize your sources

1. Open Lead Source Organizer.
2. Create categories that match how you think about marketing — for example Paid Advertising, Search & Direct, Email.
3. Assign each lead source to its category. Use the bulk toolbar to move many at once.

Once organized, the Lead Source Report rolls everything up by category so you can see which channels actually drive leads.

Deleting a lead source in Keap doesn't prevent it from coming back — if a future contact arrives with that source, Keap re-creates it. The organizer is about keeping the active set tidy and categorized.
